Reviews, and How to Read Them
We would rather show you nothing than show you something invented. Verified reviews from our Google Business Profile will appear on this page once that profile is connected. Until then, here is exactly where we stand and how to evaluate any contractor's reviews.
Our position
No star rating is displayed on this site
You will not find an aggregate rating, a review count, or a five-star badge anywhere on this site, including in our structured data. That is deliberate. Publishing a rating we have not earned through a verified platform would be the single cheapest way to mislead you, and it is the first thing we decided not to do.
The same applies to schema markup. Review and rating markup only appears when it reflects real, verifiable customer feedback that is also visible on the page. Empty reviewer fields and invented aggregate ratings are a violation of the structured data guidelines and, more importantly, a lie told in machine-readable form.
What is below
The three entries that follow are illustrative summaries of the service experience we aim to deliver, written by us. They are not customer reviews, they carry no ratings, and they are not attributed to named individuals. They are here so you can see what kind of experience we describe, and they will be replaced by real reviews when we have them.

Practical advice
How to Judge Any Foundation Contractor
Reviews are one signal among several, and for structural work they are among the weakest, because most customers cannot inspect what was buried. These checks carry more weight.
Does the review describe the actual work?
A review that names the problem, the method, and the outcome tells you something. "Great service, highly recommend" tells you nothing about whether the repair was right.
Is there a scope you could compare?
Ask any contractor for a redacted example proposal. Quantities, depths, permit notes, and exclusions reveal more about how a company works than any star rating.
Was the diagnosis documented?
Look for mention of measurements rather than impressions. Elevation readings and dated photos are checkable; a confident opinion on a walkthrough is not.
Can you verify the registration?
Washington L&I's Verify tool shows registration status and bond for any contractor. Registration is not a workmanship guarantee, but its absence is a hard stop.
